Self Check-in Form

The Self Check-in Form is the form that event guests complete when they use the Self Check-in Page.

• The form is assigned to each event individually from the Edit Event page (How to assign the form to an event)

• The form can be as brief or extensive as you want it to be. There is no limit on the number of questions and sections that it can have.
