Add a Multiple Choice Tracker to a Board

When you add Multiple Choice Questions (Indicators, Trackers) to a Progress Board, you can then analyse:

Steps

Analyse survey results from a single project

  1. Create a new Board or edit an existing one

    1. Create a managed Board (that you can invite colleagues to see)

    2. Create a basic (private) Progress Board (that only you can see)

    3. Edit a Managed Board

    4. Edit a basic (private) Progress Board

  2. Add to your Board the survey questions that you want to calculate Distance Travelled for:

    1. On the page that lets you Add Progress Trackers to the Board:

      1. Find the project the survey is used on

      2. Click the name of the project to open a list of Progress Trackers (this includes survey questions) being used on that project. (Note: Survey Questions might have different wording within the survey to the wording of the Progress Tracker itself)

      3. Progress Trackers are categorised according to the Stage they come under.

      4. Press the green tick symbol next to the survey question to add it to the board

      5. Change the order in which the survey questions appear on your board by using the up/down arrows to reorder them

    2. Press Save (or keep pressing Next until you get to the final tab where you can press Save or Publish)

  3. The Progress Tracker for the survey question is now visible on your Board

  4. Click the title of the Progress Tracker to launch the Card Popup

  5. Depending on the type of Progress Tracker you are using, the contents of the Card Popup will vary. If you are using a Multiple Choice Tracker, you will see a minimum of three charts in the Card Popup

 

Analyse survey results across several projects

To analyse Distance Travelled for a survey question across several projects, you must do 3 things:

  1. Create a new Board or edit an existing one

    1. Create a managed Board (that you can invite colleagues to see)

    2. Create a basic (private) Progress Board (that only you can see)

    3. Edit a Managed Board

    4. Edit a basic (private) Progress Board

  2. Add to your Board the survey questions that you want to calculate Distance Travelled for:

    1. On the page that lets you Add Progress Trackers to the Board:

      1. Scroll down to the Organisation Albums or Your Personal Albums section of the Browse your Progress Trackers area

      2. Find the Album you want to analyse survey results across

      3. Click the name of the Album to open a list of Progress Trackers (this includes survey questions) being used on that project.

      4. (Note: Survey Questions might have different wording within the survey to the wording of the Progress Tracker itself)

      5. Progress Trackers are categorised according to the Stage they come under.

      6. Press the green tick symbol next to the survey question to add it to the board
