Manage users on a single project
If you are a Project Manager or Organisation Admin, you can manage users on a single project.
What you can do
Add an existing Makerble user to your project as a Manager, Reporter or Observer
Remove an existing Makerble user from your project as a Manager, Reporter or Observer
Change a user’s role on that project
What you cannot do
You cannot add a new person who is not an existing Makerble user to your project. To add a new person, you must use the Manage Colleagues page: Add and remove colleagues across multiple projects at once.
Steps
Go to the Edit Project page for the project

On the Edit page, you will see type head search fields that allow you to add Managers and Reporters to your project
Search for the names of the people you want to add
Press save changes
You arrive back on the Project page
If you want to change a user’s role on a project
Remove them from the role they are in - e.g. delete them from the Managers field
Add them to the new role - e.g. add them to the Reporters field
