You can assign one or more roles to a contact
You can alternatively use an integration to give a contact a role
Steps
Requirements
Your organisation must have created at least one role before you can assign a role to a contact
Go to the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to give a role to
Scroll down to the Roles box that appears on the left side
Press the Add button within the Roles box
The Roles box expands to display the Select Contact role dropdown list where you can choose a Role to give the contact
You must add a Start date to the role
Adding an End date is optional
Press Save
The box updates with the details of the Role you gave the contact
