You can create an Automation within a specific project.

  • This means that when the Criteria of that Automation are met for one of the contacts in that project, an In-App Alert will be sent to the people described in the Automation.

Steps

  1. Select Create in the top menu

  2. Select Alert Trigger

  3. You arrive on the Create Alert Trigger page

  4. Select which project this Alert Trigger should operate across

  5. Select the conditions that need to be met to trigger the alert - you can select from

    1. Contact Form fields

    2. Survey fields

    3. Productivity trackers, e.g. the number of updates that a contact has been tagged in

  6. Select the recipients of the alert. You can choose a specific group of users or enter the names of individual users

  7. Add the Alert Message which will accompany the alert

  8. Describe the action you want people to do when they receive the Alert

  9. Add Escalation option, i.e. to alert more senior staff if the Alert is not resolved within a specific timeframe

  10. Press save

  11. You arrive on the Manage Alert Triggers page
