Why it happens
Every project now has the ability to control two things:
1. Which Contact Forms can be ADDED to the bio of a contact in that project
2. Which user groups are allowed to EDIT or COMPLETE each Contact Form on the bio of a contact in that project
So if you don’t have permission to edit a contact, the way to fix it is straightforward. A project manager or organisation admin simply needs to (1) ensure that the Contact Forms that aren’t appearing have been added to the project; and (2) ensure that all User Groups have been given permission to complete that Contact Form

You arrive on the Project Preferences page
Review the permissions granted in the Form Editing Permissions box
If the Contact Form you want to grant permission to edit is not displayed as a column in the table, you need to add it in theContact Forms to use when editing a contact box. (How to do that)
By default, Project Managers and Organisation Admins have permission to edit all forms on a contact’s record.
If you want Project Reporters to be able to edit forms on a contact’s record, grant them permission by ticking the appropriate box
Scroll to the bottom and press Save.
