Access the Project Preferences page

Project Preferences allows you to manage a variety of settings at a single project level.

Only Project Managers and Organisation Admins can access the Project Preferences page.

How to access Project Preferences

  • From the My Apps menu

  • From the Homepage

  • From the Project page

  • From the Manage Projects page

From the My Apps menu

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu so that the row of Apps appears

  2. Place your mouse over the Projects button but do not click it

  3. A list of projects appears

  4. Place your mouse over the project that you want to go to the Preferences page of

  5. A side menu appears with a list of options relating to that project

  6. Scroll down to Preferences and then select it

  7. You arrive on the Project Preferences page

From the Homepage

  1. On the left of the Homepage, scroll down until you see the Projects box

  2. Select the blue cog next to the project (red arrow)

  3. A menu appears with a list of options relating to that project

  4. Select the Preferences option (blue arrow)

  5. You arrive on the Project Preferences page

From the Project page

  1. Go to the Project’s page

  2. Press the More Options button in the top menu

  3. A list of options relating to that project appears

  4. Select the Preferences option

  5. You arrive on the Project Preferences page

From the Manage Projects page

  1. Go to the Manage Projects page

  2. Switch to Table view (rather than Grid view)

  3. Scroll down until you reach the Projects table

  4. Press the cog next to the project that you want to access the Preferences page of

  5. A menu appears

  6. Select Preferences

  7. You arrive on the Project Preferences page
