You can create an Automation within a specific project.

  • This means that when the Criteria of that Automation are met for one of the contacts in that project, an In-App Alert will be sent to the people described in the Automation.

  2. Add the Alert Message which will accompany the alert (Note: Alert messages are limited to 40 characters)

  4. Describe the action you want people to do when they receive the Alert

  5. Add Escalation option, i.e. to alert more senior staff if the Alert is not resolved within a specific timeframe

  6. Press save

  7. You arrive on the Manage Alert Triggers page

  8. Similarly, there is another option for Messages where you need to first turn on the SMS messaging and then turn on Email messaging from the control panel >> account >> preference and then the automation will allow you to send SMS and Email to the user.
