There are many ways to access a Survey’s profile page

Note: there is a difference between the Survey’s profile page and the Survey Campaign pages:

  • a Survey’s profile page contains the questions in the survey and a list of the projects that are using that survey, i.e. the survey’s Survey Campaigns.

  • the Survey Campaign is where you manage a survey within a single project

Ways to access a Survey’s profile page

  • From the Manage Surveys page

  • From a Project page

  • From a Survey Campaign page

  • From the Explore Surveys page

How to access a Survey’s profile page from the Manage Surveys page

  1. Go to the Manage Surveys page

  2. If the survey is

    1. Owned by you individually: the survey will appear if the “Surveys used by” dropdown list is set to My Surveys

    2. Owned by your organisation: the survey will appear when you select the name of your organisation in the dropdown list

    3. Owned by someone else: the survey will appear

      1. In the My Surveys section: if you have added the survey to your favourites

      2. In the Project’s surveys section: if the survey has been added to that specific project

      3. In the Organisation Surveys section: if the survey has been added to one of your organisation’s projects

How to access a survey's profile page from the Project page

Use this method when you want to go to the survey's profile page page of a Survey that is used on a particular project

  1. Go to the Project page

    • Select My Apps in the top menu

    • Select Projects

    • You arrive on the Manage Projects page

    • The page lists your projects

    • Select the project you want to look at

  2. On the project page, scroll down until you see the Surveys box on the right side

  3. Select the name of the survey you are interested in.

  4. You arrive on the Survey Campaign page for that survey's profile page on that Project

  5. On the Survey Campaign page is a section called: “Survey: [survey's profile page name]”

  6. Select the name of the survey's profile page

  7. You arrive on the survey's profile page page

How to access a survey's profile page from the Survey Campaign page

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. You arrive on the Survey Campaign page for that survey's profile page on that Project

  3. On the Survey Campaign page is a section called: “Survey: [survey's profile page name]”

  4. Select the name of the survey's profile page

  5. You arrive on the survey's profile page page

  1. Go to the Explore Surveys page

  2. Select a survey's profile page

  3. You arrive on the survey's profile page page
