Add guests to an event
You can add any contact in a project to an event owned by that same project.
And if you’d like to open your events to contacts from outside that project, you can turn that option on
Makerble Dictionary: When a contact is added to an event, they are called a 'guest'.

Requirements
Before you can add a contact to an event you must first:
Make sure that your project has at least one event
Select Home in the top menu
You arrive on the Homepage
In the left sidebar is the Events widget
It displays your upcoming events
Press the cog icon next to the event that you want to add guests to
A dropdown menu appears
Select Add Guests from the menu
A popup appears
From the Known Contacts box on the left: Select the contacts whom you want to add to the event
Contacts you select will appear on the right in the Contacts added as event guests box
Press the Save button
That’s it. You arrive on the Manage Events page. The guests have been added to the event successfully.
The Guests figure for that event will show the number of guests that have been added
You can click the blue number to see their names
