Allow contacts from another project to be added to an event as guests

You can allow contacts from another project to be added to an event as guests

  • You just need to turn this option on for each project

How to turn the option on

  1. Select Home in the top menu

  2. Go to the Projects box and click Show More until you see your project

  3. Click the cog icon next to the project

  4. A dropdown menu appears

  5. Select Preferences

  6. You arrive on Project Preferences

  7. Scroll down to the Add contacts outside the project to an event

  8. Tick the checkbox

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
