Save, share and reuse Project Filters

You can save, share and reuse your Project Filters so that you don’t need to manually set the criteria each time you want to find a particular set of projects.

How to save a filter

  1. Select Spaces in the sidebar

  2. Select Projects

  3. You arrive on Manage Projects

  4. Click Filter Projects to launch the Filter Projects popup

  5. Select the criteria you want to use and then click Save the filter

  6. A popup appears that lets you name the filter and choose who else can access or edit it; press Save

How to reuse a project filter

  1. Every saved project filter ('Preset') appears in the Saved Filters section of the Project Filters

  2. Click the saved filter

  3. This will automatically apply the criteria

How to share a project filter

  • When you open your Project Filters you can see the filters that you’ve created and those that your colleagues have made

  • To make a filter you've made available to your colleagues, click the pencil icon next to the name of that filter

  • This launches the popup that lets you

    • Rename the filter

    • Choose who else can see it

    • Choose who else can edit it

       

To delete a Saved Filter, click the Delete button in the popup.
