Create a Threshold

Create a Threshold when you want to only view results (on Survey Analytics page or Contacts page (Category splits tab)) beyond or above a certain limit. This limit is customizable by you.

To do this, you must be an Organization admin, since it is required to go to the Organization preferences page.

Step 1: Go to the Organization Preferences page

Step 2: Once you are on the organization’s preferences page, Scroll down to Surveys and put in the threshold required.

Step 3 : Scroll further down and click on save.
