Remove a user from a project

As a Project Manager or Organisation Admin you can revoke a user’s access to a project.

  • I.e. you can remove an existing Makerble user from your project as a Manager, Reporter or Observer

Steps

  1. Go to the Edit Project page for the project

    1. (How to access a project’s More Options menu)

    2. (Watch a walkthrough: https://www.loom.com/share/f0c1d54ac99b4b06baffd08471524178 )

  2. On the Edit page, there are three fields

    1. Managers - people with permission to edit the project’s settings

    2. Reporters - people with permission to create stories; and optionally contacts and events

    3. Observers - people with view only access to the project (unless granted other permissions)

  3. To remove a user’s access at that level, click the x symbol next to their name

  4. Then scroll to the bottom and press Save Changes
