Manage, Create, Edit and Delete your fields
You can manage the fields used across your organisation

Select My Apps in the top menu
Select the Fields option
You arrive on the Manage Fields page
Use the page numbers at the bottom to view the fields being used
You can see the following information on the Manage Fields page:
Field ID
Field Administrative Title (Field Name)
Field Type
Number of contact forms the field is being used in
Number of surveys the field is being used in
Number of project forms (project templates) the field is being used in
Number of event categories the field is being used in
Created by
Owner of the Field
Created At
Reuse a field (add an existing field to a form)
Every field you’ve used previously is saved in your library
While creating or editing a form you can search for a field or scroll through your library to find a field
Click Add to Form to use it on your form
Create a field
To create a field click the Add a question button while creating or editing a form
Edit or rename a field

Delete a custom field
You must remove a custom field from all the places in which it is being used, before you can delete it
Click Delete to delete a custom field
A confirmation popup appears
Once you confirm, the custom field is permanently deleted
