Move contacts to projects based on a ThankQ Relationship

If you have integrated Makerble with ThankQ, you can automatically move contacts on Makerble to projects on Makerble based on the Relationships that those contacts have on ThankQ.

Steps

  1. Access the ThankQ integration

  2. Press the Routes button in the Relationships section

  3. Scroll to the bottom and press New Route

  4. You arrive on the New Route page

  5. In the Select a record you want to be created dropdown list, select Move contacts to projects

  6. Press Save

  7. You are returned to the list of Relationships Routes with your new Route displayed at the bottom

  8. Press the Route Settings button to edit the route

  9. You arrive on the Edit Route Settings page

  10. Enter one or more Relationship conditions as necessary

  11. In Step 2: select the project(s) that you want to move contacts to who match the criteria
