Connect your ThankQ account to your Makerble Organisation

Steps

Only an Organisation Admin on Makerble can connect their ThankQ Account to their Makerble Organisation

  1. Get to the Integrations App

  2. Press Add an integration

  3. Select ThankQ from the list

  4. Follow the instructions to login to ThankQ: use your ThankQ credentials to do this. This process might open up an additional window or tab.

  5. Once the connection is complete you will see ThankQ appear on the Manage Integrations page

  6. Click the down-facing arrow

  7. The section expands

  8. From here you can press Add an action to set up the integration to create

    1. stories on Makerble

    2. contacts on Makerble

    3. Relationships between contacts on Makerble

    4. Contact Roles on Makerble

    5. ticked checkbox fields in contacts on Makerble
