Grant users permission to delete contacts

If you are an Organisation Admin you can decide which types of user are allowed to create contacts and delete contacts.

Steps

  1. Access the Organisation Preferences page

  2. The Contacts section displays the user roles that have permission to create and delete contacts

  3. To allow all Project Managers or all Project Reporters to delete a contact, set their permission to Yes in the Delete any contact at any time column of the permissions table

  4. Press Submit to save changes

Deleting a contact is permanent and cannot be undone.
