You can create multiple Public Forms for each project.
These allow you to receive inbound referrals from anyone with the link to the Public Form
Before you can create a Public Form you must turn on Referral Links in your organisation
If you want your Public Form Link to create several related Contact Profiles at once, use the steps in the Combined Referral Page article (How to create a multi contact Referral Page)
For example, creating:
a Contact Profile Page for the client
and a related Contact Profile Page for whoever the referrer is
and another Contact Profile Page for the client’s Next of Kin, etc
Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts
You arrive on the Manage Contacts page
Select the More Options button in the Contacts App
A dropdown menu appears
Select Public Forms Forms in the dropdown menu (formerly called Referral Forms)
You arrive on the Public Forms page
Press Create Public Form
You arrive on the New Public Form page
Give the link a name
Choose the project you want contacts to be created within
Choose the state (Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni, Declined) that you want contacts to be added to
Choose the Contact Form you want to be completed
Optionally choose Surveys you want to be completed
Press save
You return to the Public Forms page where there is now a web link for your new referral page
Copy the link and share it with your referral partners or display it on your website
