You can automatically escalate an In-App Alert if it remains unresolved for a certain period of time.

Steps

  1. While creating or editing an Automation, go to the In-App Alerts tab

  2. Scroll down to the Escalate section

  3. Select Yes

  4. Select the individual users you would like to escalate this to

  5. Select the number of days that should pass before an unresolved alert is escalated

  6. Press Save

  7. That’s it
