You can create tag other contacts in a story about another contact

The process:

Create at least one Contact Group and add contacts whom you want to tag as the "+1" (Contact Groups )
Turn on the option Tag a contact group option within the Survey Template (Create a new survey template )
Create the update using the Complete A Survey about Multiple Contacts option (rather than the default option to post an update about a single contact) (Complete a Survey about multiple contacts at once )
