Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Categories
You arrive in the Categories (Lists) App
This displays:
List fields you have created from within the Categories (Lists) App
Every Master Question that your Multiple Choice survey questions with Shared Answer Choices are based on
Every Multiple Choice survey question that you have created from scratch (i.e. not using Shared Answer Choices)
Click Edit to edit the Category (List) you want to change the Answer Choices within
You arrive on the Edit Category (List) page
From here you can
ADD additional Answer Choices
EDIT the text of an Answer Choice
REORDER the Answer Choices: Note: do this by changing the priority number rather than by cutting & pasting the answers themselves
REMOVE Answer Choices

How to ADD more Answer Choices
If you are editing a Master Question with linked Multiple Choice Questions that use Shared Answer Choices, the linked Multiple Choice Questions will automatically have their Answer Choices changed in every survey they appear in.
This means that when analysing the survey results, you will now see an additional Answer Choice that, initially, has zero responses.
Press Add Item
In the Item box, write the new Answer Choice
Press Save
How to EDIT the text of an Answer Choice
If you are editing a Master Question with linked Multiple Choice Questions that use Shared Answer Choices, the linked Multiple Choice Questions will automatically have their Answer Choices changed in every survey they appear in and this will alter the survey responses accordingly.
Click into the text box for that Item
Edit the text as necessary
Press Save
How to REORDER the Answer Choices

Click the Priority box under each item
Change the number so that the Items (Answer Choices) are now in the order you want them to be, counting up from 1 where the Answer Choice with the lowest number (above zero) will appear first (i.e. on the left) and higher numbers will appear subsequently.
Check that each Item (Answer Choice) has a unique
