Add additional Answer Choices to the Question

Go to the Dropdowns (Categories/Lists) App and edit the List from there

Edit the Question’s

Question: What is your favourite colour

Answer Choices: Red, Yellow, Green

Change you want to make: you want to add Blue as another Answer Choice

Change the order in which the Answer Responses to a question are displayed

Go to the Dropdowns (Categories/Lists) App and edit the List from there.

Specifically, only change the Priority of the Answer Choices rather than editing the text of the Answer Choices.

If you edit the text of the Answer Choices, you will change the data saved in the survey responses of people who have completed that form historically.

Question: What is your favourite colour

Answer Choices: Red, Yellow, Green

Change you want to make: you want the Answer Choices to be displayed in this order: Red, Green, Yellow

Change the wording of a question’s Answer Choices

Go to the Dropdowns (Categories/Lists) App and edit the List from there

Question: What is your favourite colour

Answer Choices: Red, Yellooow, Green

Change you want to make: you want spell the word “Yellow” correctly instead of it being spelt “Yellooow” so that the Answer Choices are: Red, Green, Yellow

  3. Find the Progress Tracker in the Library

  5. In the dropdown, select Edit

  6. You arrive on the Edit Multiple Choice Tracker page

  8. Make the edits

  9. Pressing the Save button will save changes and redirect you to your Personal Goals Library
