Requirements:

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts (if you don't see Contacts as an option, you can /wiki/spaces/~415774890/pages/1549795380)

  3. You arrive on the Manage Contacts page

  4. Select the More Options button in the Contacts App

  5. A dropdown menu appears

  6. Select Public Forms Forms Signup Pages in the dropdown menu (formerly called Referral Forms)

  7. You arrive on the Public Forms Signup Pages page

  8. Press Create Public Forma Signup Page

  9. You arrive on the New Public Form page

    1. Give the link (Signup Page) a name

      1. Pro Tip: this is the name that will appear to your new event guests, e.g. Event Signup Page

    2. Choose the project you want contacts to be created within:

      1. Pro Tip: this should be the same project as the one that your events are being created in

    3. Choose the state (Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni, Declined) that you want contacts to be added to

    4. Choose the Contact Form you want to be completed

    5. Optionally choose Surveys you want to be completed

  10. Press save

  11. You return to the Public Forms page where you can Manage Signup Pages - there is now a shareable web link for your new referral page Signup Page

  12. Click Copy the link and share it with your referral partners or display it on your website.

  13. This is what the Sign-up Page will look like for signed-out users.
