A case worker is a user who has permission to post updates relating to a particular case.

How to make a coworker a Case Worker on a case

Users are allocated to a case as its Case Workers from the Create Case or Edit Case page.

How to see which cases a colleague is a Case Worker on

1. Open the left sidebar

2. Select Activity

3. Select Cases

4. You arrive on Manage Cases

5. The table has a column called Case Workers which shows the colleagues who are case workers on each case

6. You can also use the filters to find the cases that have particular colleagues as case workers Filter Cases
