Go to the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to give a role Audience (formerly Roles) to
Scroll down to the Roles Audiences box that appears on the left side
Press the + Add a Role an Audience button within the audience (formerly Roles) box.
If you have not created any Roles Audiences then
The + Add a Rolesan Audience button will not be displayed.
The Create a Role an Audience text will be displayed which on clicking will redirect you to the Create a Role an Audience page.
The text “This prompt appears to you because you are an Organisation Admin” if you are the Admin.

The Roles Audiences box expands to display the Select Contact roleaudience dropdown list where you can choose a Role an audience to give the contact
You must add a Start date to the roleaudience (formerly Roles)
Adding an End date is optional
Press Save
The box updates with the details of the Role audience (formerly Roles) you gave the contact
