When a user is added to a project, they by default receive Post Update Access to all the contacts within that project

How to do it for several users at once, e.g. for Project Reporters, Project Analysts, Project Managers or Organisation Admins
Access the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to give a user access to
Select the padlock icon in the top left corner of their Contact Profile Page
You arrive on the Manage Access Popup for that contact
There is a column for every project the contact is part of
There are rows for each type of user
Use the dropdown lists in each cell to set the Level of Access that you want that type of user to have to this contact
How to do it for an individual user
Access the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to give a user access to
Select the padlock icon in the top left corner of their Contact Profile Page
You arrive on the Manage Access Popup for that contact
Type the email address or name of the user that you want to share this contact with
As you type the user’s Name or Email Address, Makerble will search for users with that name. (You can only add users within your organisation. To add users outside your organisation, turn on External Sharing)
Optionally add a message that your colleague will receive
In the Post Updates dropdown list, choose the level of access you want to give the user
In the Choose a project dropdown list, choose the project you want your colleague to be able to post updates within and see the updates relating to that contact from
Press Save Changes
The popup closes and your colleague will receive an email letting them know that they now have access to the contact
