Access the alerts to gain insights into the underlying reasons for each alert.
At least one Automation has to be created within your organisation in order for you to see Alerts
By accessing the alters, you can check
The name of the alter trigger.
The time and date that the Alert was created.
Name of the user who resolved that Alert.
The time and date that the user marked the Alert as Resolved.
How to access the Manage Alert page from the Home page.
Click on the Alerts icon in the top menu.
You will see the list of alerts.
Click on Alerts.
This will redirect to the Manage Alerts page.
