Steps
Go to the Project Profile page of the project you want to use the survey within
There are two ways to access the Complete A Survey page
Access the ‘default’ survey: this contains ALL the fields from ALL the surveys used on the project. As such, the Complete A Survey page could be very long. (Blue arrow)
Access a specific survey in a specific mode (Yellow arrow)
Decide whether you want to access:
The ‘Default’ Survey containing ALL the fields from ALL the project’s surveys
A specific survey in a specific mode
How to access the default survey
Press the Complete Survey button that appears in the cover section of the project page
A dropdown menu appears that lists each of the surveys that have been added to the project
The name of the project is at the top of the list and is already highlighted
Select the name of the project within the list
You arrive on the Complete A Survey page for the project’s default survey
From here you can still choose who the answers relate to, i.e. whether they relate to a single person or multiple people
When you choose: Answers about multiple contacts
A table is displayed for each question
This allows you to record a response for each person that is in your project
Use the filter at the top of the page to filter the list of contacts displayed according to which project state they are in; Waiting list, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined. (To see options beyond Enrolled, you must enable project states on your project)
Enter responses for each contact - it’s fine to leave some contacts blank
Press Submit once you reach the end
When you choose: Answers about a single contact
Start by selecting which Contact the answers relate to
The survey questions are reformatted so you can easily enter responses for a single person
Finish completing the survey and then press Submit
How to access a specific survey in a specific mode
Scroll down to the Surveys box
Press the Use Survey button that is displayed below the name of the survey
A dropdown menu appears
It lists each of the modes that you can complete the survey in:
