If you are on the Manage Contacts page but cannot see any contacts displayed, it will be for one of the following reasons:

  1. Contact Filters are restricting your view of contacts

  2. None of your contacts are in an Enrolled state

  3. There are no contacts in the projects you are part of

  4. Your access level to the contacts in your projects and organisation is No Access

  5. Your account has been created recently (or you have recently been added to a project)

How to fix the problem

…when Contact Filters are restricting your view of contacts

  1. Select My Apps

  2. Select Contacts

  3. Press the Contact Filters button

  4. The Contact Filters overlay appears

  5. Press the Reset button

  6. Contacts that you have access to will now be displayed

…when None of your contacts are in an Enrolled state

  1. Select My Apps

  2. Select Contacts

  3. Press the Contact Filters button

  4. The Contact Filters overlay appears

  5. In the States section, tick the checkboxes next to Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni and Declined

  6. Press the Apply button

  7. Contacts that you have access to will now be displayed

…when There are no contacts in the projects you are part of

If there are no contacts in the projects that you are part of, you can do one or more of the following to have access to contacts:

…when Your access level to the contacts in your projects and organisation is No Access

This happens when you are part of a project but a user has set your access to its contacts as No Access.

  • Ask a Project Manager or Organisation Admin to grant you access to individual contacts

…when Your account has been created recently (or you have recently been added to a project)

It can take a few minutes for your access to contacts to be granted when your User Account is first created or when you are added to a project.

  • If you have waited a few minutes and find that you still do not have the access you would expect, ask the Helpdesk to reset the cache on your User Account
