Provide access to External Guests

You have control of the privacy settings across your Organisation’s Account.
What this article covers
Allow stories and survey responses to be shared with guests
By default your colleagues can only share a story or survey response with colleagues (users who are part of your organisation)
To allow your colleagues to give External Guest Users access to a story or survey response:
go to Side Menu → Settings → Designers → Organisation Settings
You arrive on Organisation Preferences
Scroll down to the checkbox “Allow coworkers to give Makerble Users outside the organisation access to a story as Specific Individuals” and tick it.
Allow projects to be shared with guests
By default your colleagues can only share a story or survey response with colleagues (users who are part of your organisation)
To allow your colleagues to give External Guest Users access to a Project,
go to Side Menu → Settings → Designers → Organisation Settings
You arrive on Organisation Preferences
Scroll down to the checkbox “Allow Project Managers to add Makerble Users outside the organisation to their board” and tick it.
Allow progress boards to be shared with guests
By default your colleagues can only share a story or survey response with colleagues (users who are part of your organisation)
To allow your colleagues to give External Guest Users access to a Progress Board,
go to Side Menu → Settings → Designers → Organisation Settings
You arrive on Organisation Preferences
Scroll down to the checkbox “Allow Board Admins to add Makerble Users outside the organisation to their board” and tick it.
Allow contacts to be shared with guests
By default your colleagues can only share a contact with colleagues (users who are part of your organisation)
To allow your colleagues to give External Guest Users access to a contact basis,
go to Side Menu → Settings → Designers → Organisation Settings
You arrive on Organisation Preferences
Scroll down to the checkbox “Allow people outside the organisation to be given access to a contact” and tick it.
