Sign up to access your Personal Helpdesk portal

You can access the Helpdesk portal to see the status of your tickets and submit new ones.

Steps

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Request Support

  4. A new tab opens with a view of the public portal

  5. Select Login

  6. If this is the first time that you are using the portal (or the first time you have been added to a ticket), click Sign up

  7. Enter your email address

  8. Click Send Link

  9. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to sign up to the portal

  10. Click the Sign up link in your inbox

  11. You’ll arrive on a Signup Form.

    1. Enter your Full Name and choose a new password to access the Helpdesk

    2. Note: this should not be the same password that you use for Makerble’s core platform

  12. Enter your details and press Sign Up

  13. Now you are inside your Personal Helpdesk Portal

    1. Click the Search symbol to find Helpdesk articles (Yellow arrow)

    2. Click Requests to see the status of your tickets (Red arrow)

    3. Click Technical Support to submit a ticket (Purple arrow)

    4. Click Back to Makerble application to return to the Makerble platform (Blue arrow)

  14. On the Technical Support page you can enter the details of your request and then press Send. Makerble will also suggest Helpdesk articles that might help resolve your query.
