Add a custom Data Sharing Agreement to your organisation

You can add a custom Data Sharing Agreement or set of Terms & Conditions that your users must agree to before being given access to your Makerble platform.

The custom Data Sharing Agreement must be in PDF format

How it works

  • You (as an Organisation Admin) upload a custom Data Sharing Agreement as a PDF

  • The next time that any of your users logs in to Makerble, they will be prompted to agree to the terms of your custom Data Sharing Agreement and will be unable to use the platform until they agree to the terms

  • When new users are added to your organisation, they will be prompted to agree to the terms of your custom Data Sharing Agreement and will be unable to use the platform until they agree to the terms

Steps to add a custom Data Sharing Agreement

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Control Panel

  4. You arrive on the Control Panel

  5. Scroll down to the Account section and select Preferences

  6. You arrive on the Organisation Preferences page

  7. Tick the Force colleagues to agree to our internal Terms & Conditions” checkbox

  8. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

  9. You arrive back on the Control Panel

  10. Scroll down to the Profile section and select Edit Profile

  11. You arrive on the Edit Organisation Profile page

  12. Scroll down to the Upload custom terms field. Press Choose file and attach your custom Data Sharing Agreement which must be in PDF format

  13. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

  14. The custom Data Sharing Agreement will be uploaded.
