What are roles?

  • Roles are a way of categorising your contacts - example Roles include:

    • Advisor

    • Client

    • Participant

    • Tutor

    • Volunteer

How to use Contact Roles

Stay on top of the roles you use

  • You can create as many Roles as your organisation needs

See the role(s) each contact has at a glance

  • You can see when each contact started and ended each Role

Track the population size of each role

  • You can report the number of contacts that your organisation has in each Role over time

See, change and remove a contact’s role(s)

  • You can assign multiple Roles to each contact

Find contacts according to their role

  • You can filter to see the contacts who have particular Roles

Get started with Roles for Contacts

You have to be an Organisation Admin to create and edit Contact Roles however any user can assign one of those Roles to a Contact
