Once you have created a Survey Portal, you can access the Sign Up link and share it.

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Project Forms

  3. You arrive on the Manage Project Forms page

  4. In the Tools column: press the cog icon that appears next to the Project Form that you are using to manage your Survey Portal

  5. A dropdown menu appears > Press the Edit button

  6. You arrive on the Edit Project Form page

  7. Scroll down to the Advanced section

  8. A web address is displayed. This is the Sign Up link to your Survey Portal.

  9. Select the web address text and press Copy (depending on your computer, you might need to right click the selected text in order to copy it).

  10. Paste the copied web address into a document and then share it with people whom you want to invite to create a Survey Campaign using your Survey Portal.

Test and launch

  • Your Survey Portal is now setup.

  • To test it you must use a browser in which you are not already signed into Makerble

  • Use the Signup Link that you copied and it will guide you through the signup process. When you signup you will receive emails instructing you how to use the system.
