Categories fields are used in Classic Contact Forms
Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Go to Categories in the My Apps sub-menu (if you don't see Categories appear, reload the page)
You arrive on the Manage Categories page
Select Create new Category(List).
On the Create new Category page
ensure that each item in the List has a different Priority number
Each priority number should increase sequentially from 1
click the Add item button to add new items to the List
Click the Remove item button to remove any empty items from the list
In the Advanced Options section, you can optionally choose which Ratio Set Category to add the Category to
Press Save
You arrive back on the Manage Lists page and your list has been created. It will appear on this page in alphabetical order.
The Categories that you create on this page will be owned by you individually rather than by your organisation. This means that your colleagues who are Organisation Admins will be unable to edit these Categories e.g. if new Answer Choices need to be added to the list. To transfer ownership of your lists to your organisation so that colleagues can edit them, email helpdesk@makerble.com with the names of the lists to transfer ownership of and the name of the organisation you want to transfer ownership to
