In-App Alerts are a type of Automation Action. They are automatically generated by Makerble when an Automation’s Criteria are met.

  • An In-App Alert starts off as Unresolved until you change its status to Resolved

  • You can see the status of every In-App Alert in the In-App Alerts Menu and on the Manage Alerts page

  • You can create your own Automations that perform Actions when your Criteria are met

How it works in 3 steps

Choose the Actions you want Makerble to do

  • Send users an In-App Alert

  • Send contacts an SMS

  • Send contacts an Email

Now sit back and wait for Makerble to:

(1) spot contacts who match the Criteria

(2) do the Actions, e.g. create an In-App Alert

In-App Alerts

  • Alerts are a special type of notification

  • Alerts appear in the Alerts button in the top menu (its icon is the shape of a klaxon)

  • A number appears next to the Alerts button in the top menu to tell you how many unresolved Alerts you have

  • An alert can either be unresolved or resolved

  • Each alert you receive is about a single contact
