Assign Goals allows Project Managers to assign particular project goals and sub goals to specific Project Reporters.

Project Managers and Organisation Admins have automatic visibility of all goals and sub goals on a project. They can also log progress towards any goal or sub goal on that project.

Public versus Private

By default all of your project goals and sub goals are public. This means that your Project Colleagues can

  • See progress towards those goals and sub goals

  • Log progress towards those goals and sub goals

Changing a goal or sub goal to private means that only the people marked as Assigned to that goal will be able to see progress and log progress.

Assigned versus Not Assigned
