You can create several Shared Waves within a survey

image-20240422-165141.png

Why do this?

Waves allow you to tag survey responses as

  • ‘pre' and 'post' - e.g. if you want to compare people’s responses to a question before they experience your project to their answers to those same questions after they have experienced your project

  • Baseline, Midpoint and Endpoint

  • or any other way of categorising your survey responses according to the point in your customer journey that the survey is completed

Steps

  1. Go to the Profile of the survey you want to add Shared Waves to

  2. Press the Shared Waves button

  3. You arrive on the survey’s Shared Waves page

  4. Add a wave for each point in the customer journey you want to tag the survey response to

  5. Press Save Changes

  6. That’s it. You’ve now added waves to this survey. You can now apply these waves to this survey on specific projects. Add a shared Wave to a survey campaign
