The Response Rate tab is a tab on the Survey Campaign page. It displays the response rate for a single survey across a single project.

Steps

To get to the Response Rate tab of the Survey Campaign page

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey on the project you want to see the Response Rate of (Access a Survey Campaign )

2. You arrive on the Start tab

   

3. Select the Response Rate tab

There are four Response Rate boxes

Clicking numbers shown in blue causes a popup to appear containing additional information

360 Feedback

• Displays each of the contacts whose witnesses have been invited to complete a survey - this is survey links sent using Send a survey to Perspective providers

Responses from Contacts

• Displays responses from contacts who have been sent a survey link using Send Survey to Contacts

Colleagues

• Displays responses from

  • a Referral Form

  • Colleagues

Public Respondents

• Displays the number of responses that have come from the anonymous link - Send a survey in Anonymous Mode
