There are several ways to access the Contacts App
From the My Apps menu (this option only appears once you have created and interacted with contacts)
From the Homepage
From a contact’s profile page
From the Control Panel
From the Organisation’s More Options menu
From a Project page
From the My Apps menu
You can only use this option if you have previously created a contact or tagged a contact in a story.
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts
From the Homepage
The Contacts box only appears once you have created a contact or tagged a contact in a story
A box called Contacts appears in the top left corner
Select the blue title of the box called “Contacts”
You will be redirected to the Contacts App
From a contact’s profile page
While you are on a contact’s profile page, press the Return to [organisation]'s contacts breadcrumb link
From the Control Panel
This option is only available to Organisation Admins
Go to the Control Panel (only Organisation Admins can access this)
Select Contacts
You will be redirected to the Contacts App
From your organisation profile page menu
Press Control Panel in the cover section
Select Contacts from the dropdown list
From your project profile page
Go to a Project’s Profile Page
Press the Contacts button in the cover section
