There are two occasions when you can add a contact to a project’s Enrolled state
1. While you are creating a contact
Whenever you create a contact from the Create button, from the Homepage or from the Contacts App, you must first select which project you are adding the contact to.
When you press save to finish creating the contact, you automatically add the contact to that project and the contact is added to the project’s Enrolled state.
2. After the contact has been created
From the Assign Contacts to Projects page
From the Manage Contacts page
From a contact’s profile page
You can add a contact to additional projects by clicking the Move between projects button on a contact’s profile page.
A popup loads
In the popup it says Not joined next to the name of several projects
Click where it says Not joined and instead select Enrolled
This will move the contact to that project’s Enrolled state
