Analyse survey results using Spider Plot charts

Spider Plot outcome charts can be viewed from two places:

• Survey Analytics page

• Progress Board

Using the Survey Analytics page

• Explore the Outcome charts from the Survey Analytics page

The Spider Plot outcome chart will be displayed at the top of the page. If you also enabled Outcome Stacked Bar Charts on the Create/Edit Story Category page, you will have to use the radio button to switch to view the Spider Plot outcome chart rather than the Stacked Bar Chart outcome chart.

Using a Progress Board

Steps:

• Go to the Create/Edit Progress Board page or the Create/Edit Managed Progress Board page (as Spider Plot charts appear on both types of Progress Board)

• In the Available Goals column, select each of the Outcome Goals that you want to display a Spider Plot outcome chart for

• Press Save

• You arrive back on the Progress Board page where there is now a Goal Card for the Outcome(s) you selected

• Use the radio buttons within the card to switch between the Spider Plot outcome chart and the Stacked Bar Chart outcome chart

• Click the name of the Outcome to launch the ‘Card Popup’ which displays both chartsView the Outcome charts on a Progress Board
