Contact Forms App
This page sits at an organisation level. It shows you the Contact Forms that exist within your Organisation (charity)
How to get there
Select My Apps in the top menu
Scroll across until you see the Contact Forms app
Select that button
You arrive in the Contact Forms app. This page lets you manage your Contact Forms.

On Makerble each of your Contacts will be one of four types:
People
Organisations
Animals
Objects

Each Contact Form is associated with one type or more types of Contact. This is shown on the Manage Contact Forms page with a tick symbol under each of the different types to show you which Type of Contact is associated with that Contact Form.

Clicking on the contact form name will redirect you to the Contact Profile page where you can view the fields used, the number of projects and sign-up pages using the contact form, and the number of contacts created using this contact form.

On clicking on the number of projects/sign-up pages, a pop-up will be launched, listing the projects/sign-up pages using the contact form.
On clicking the number of contacts, a list of the contacts created using the contact form will be listed in a drop-down menu.
Field view

Field view displays a column for each of the fields that appear in your Contact Forms.
The type of field and the field ID are also displayed under the name of the fields used.
