Navigate to the Manage Contact Form page.
Click on the Design Your Roles button.
You arrive at the Manage Design Your Role page.
You can assign the existing contact roles to the contact types by clicking on the check box that is below each contact type.
You can also create a role by clicking on the Add another role
A text box asking you to enter the name of the role appears. Enter the name and click on Save.
This will take you to the Create Contact Form page.
Go back to the Manage Design Your Role page and you can now assign the newly created role with the contact types.
You can also Edit the name of the role by clicking on the icon, edit the role, and press icon.
You can remove the roles any roles which are not yet used on a contact form by clicking on the X-Remove.
