Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Automations
You arrive on the Manage Automations page
Select the automation you’d like to see the history of
You arrive on the automation’s log
What else you can do
See information about that automation rule, such as the Automation Criteria - the types of conditions that trigger an automation it uses and the Automation Actions it is set to perform
The table shows the history of the jobs the automation has done and the contacts it performed them on.
You also view other details such as which project was used to create the automation, who it was created by, and when it was created.
On clicking the Project’s name, you’ll be redirected to the Project Profile page.
On clicking the User’s name, you’ll be redirected to the User’s Profile page.
There are 3 buttons on the top of the Log’s table
Edit: This button lets you edit the automation.
Deactivate/Reactivate:
Deactivate:
If the Automation is active (still running) then the Deactivate button will be displayed.
This button lets you deactivate the automation.
The Deactivate button will be visible only if the user has permission to perform this action.
Reactivate:
If the Automation is deactivated then the Reactivate button will be displayed.
This button lets you reactivate the automation.
The Reactivate button will be visible only if the user has permission to perform this action.
Delete: This button allows the user to delete the automation.
