Before your colleagues can complete surveys with Adjusted Personalised Wording, you have to turn on Adjustable Personalised Wording for Survey Questions & Answer Choices

There are several ways in which a colleague of yours can complete a survey on behalf of a contact:

  • Clicking the Complete Survey button on the Contact profile page

  • Selecting one of the Post An Update options on the Survey Campaign page

  • Selecting one of the Complete Survey dropdown options in the Surveys box on the Project page

Steps from the Complete Survey page

  1. Your colleague should go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. Choose one of the options under the Completed by you and your team section

  3. You arrive on the Complete Survey page

  4. The Choose A Wave option appears on the right-had side

  5. Select a Wave

  6. Complete the survey as usual

  7. Press Submit
