Getting started with skills

• Enable skills Turn on Skills across the Organisation Preferences page

• Create and update a bank of skillsAdd a Skill to your organisation

• Assign skills required to contacts

• Assign skills possessed to users

Add skills possessed to a user

• Go to the User profile page

• On the left panel is a new section called Skills

• It allows you to add a new Skill Possessed by that User

• You can add as many skills as have been created
