Skills allow you to state the handling requirements of your contacts. For example, if you have a contact (client) who has autism and needs someone who is autism trained to work with them, you can add Autism Training as a Skill Required by the contact and as a Skill Possessed by your team members who have had that training.

Getting started with skills

  • Enable skills on the Organisation Preferences page

  • Create and update a bank of skills

  • Assign skills required to contacts

  • Assign skills possessed to users

Add skills possessed to a user

Only organisation admins can update the Skills Possessed of their users

  • Go to the User profile page

  • On the left panel is a new section called Skills

  • It allows you to add a new Skill Possessed by that User

  • You can add as many skills as have been created

  • No labels
