Add a Required Skill to a Contact
You can indicate the skills that users need in order to handle a specific contact.
How to add skills required to a contact
You will need to Turn on Skills across the organisation before you can add skills to a contact
Go to the Contact’s profile page
On the left panel you will see a section called Skills
It allows you to add a new Skill Required to that Contact
You can add as many skills as have been created
